1) We will begin with a walk-through of your business or home, interior or exterior, and listen to your desired goals for your commercial or residential project.

2) We will scope out the project and produce an estimate on what it will cost and communicate regularly with you via text, email, phone, and chat (via our website).

3) Color Consultation. We have an in-house color consultant who will meet with you and discuss your intended goals and colors for your project. If you already know your colors, we will forgo the color consultation, but we do recommend this.

4) We will be on site multiple times, doing extra measurements and reviews of the project. We like to measure twice and cut once.

5) We will request a deposit which secures your spot on our production schedule.

6) We will coordinate the days to begin and finish the project and monitor the weather for any delays.

7) Our teams will be focused on your project and will complete the project to your liking as part of our Guardian Guarantee. We are professionals and take pride in our work and pleasing our clients.

8) We will do a final walk-through with you once the project is complete and then request the remainder of the payment for the project.

Average Price Ranges: Interior projects can range from $5,000 to over $10,000 depending on how many rooms and how big the home is and can get into the $20,000+ range. All depends on the project. Exterior projects typically range from $7,500 to over $20,000+ depending on the design and size of the home. These are ranges, but we share this as Guardian believes the lowest estimate you receive is never the best quality of work you'll receive and we like our clients to be aware of the costs involved.

*By accepting our estimate/invoice you will enter into a client contract with us for Guardian to fulfill the project and for you to fulfill payment including the deposit and remaining payment.
